(English below)
Last week I had a cooking class besides Japanese lessons. I also had a translation request, which made my week very busy. I needed to translate English speech text into Japanese, and the text was all about Christianity, about the bible. Since I'm not a christian, I don't know much about Japanese used in the bible and the stories in the bible. Being sure that I wouldn't translate well only by finding and using words from the dictionaries, I looked at many websites, trying to find expressions in the bible. I also tried to make the text good for a speech. The due was only a few days away, and that made me a little nervous, too. After the speech, the person who asked for the translation sent me a message saying: I think I did very well. The Japanese beside me was so impressed at your translation! I was relieved so much! It was hard, but was a good experience.
