Good evening! I guess people cook and eat at home more frequently than before since we are asked to refrain from going out. Are you eating food from convenience stores every day? Are you okay with only instant noodles or bread and rolls from supermarkets? I'm sure some people think cooking is a pain, but if you can cook something in 15 -20 minutes, isn't it nice? I recommend that people like you make miso soup. What you need for miso soup is water, ingredients (veggies, mushrooms etc.) and miso. It's better to use dashi broth, but it's still tasty with plain water. Turn off the gas and add miso and stir It's so easy, isn't it? The proportion of water and miso differs a little depending on the miso, but usually water to miso is 3/4 cup to 1 table spoon. The ingredients in the soup can be anything. I myself make miso soup with various ingredients. For example, ○油揚げ、白菜、ねぎ fried tofu, Chinese cabbage, green onion ○かぼちゃ、玉ねぎ pumpkin, sliced onion ○豆腐、わかめ、ねぎ tofu, wakame seaweed, green onion など etc. If you put meat and many different ingredients, you can have a very healthy and balanced meal with cooked rice and the miso soup. To be honest, when the first big earthquake occurred four years ago yesterday, April 14th, I thought that was it. I worked normally the next day, talked with people about the previous night's earthquake, had meals, and went to sleep.
In the middle of the night of April 16th, we had the second big earthquake. We got out of the apartment, looked around how people were doing. I tried to reach my families who live in other cities, but the line was always busy because everyone was calling someone else. The ground shook again and again. That was when we decided to go evacuate somewhere. We took a tablet, internet device, phones, cash and towels and some blanket, I think. If an earthquake at the same level happened now, I would take an emergency bag, food stored near the bag, a jacket, phones, cash, wear thick sneakers, turn off the electricity breaker, turn off the gas and go. I would not call anybody on the phone because the line would be busy. Big earthquakes are never things that I want people to experience, but I'm glad that I know now what to do when one happens. Even if something bad happens, if we can learn something from it, the happening becomes a lesson. |
