皆さんこんばんは。
今週末に台風が九州を通過するそうですね。 あまりひどくならないといいですが、台風の前にできることをして被害を減らしましょう。 Good evening! As you probably know, another typhoon is coming this weekend and this one will go right through Kyushu. I hope it doesn't become so strong, but let's get ready for it just in case to avoid as much damage as possible. 1.停電に備えて For blackout ・携帯電話やパソコンの充電をしておく Charge your phone and computer ・調理器具が電気の人はご飯を多めに炊いておいたり、おかずを多めに作って冷蔵庫に If your cooking oven is electric, not gas, cook rice a little more than usual. Cook more dishes as well and put them in the fridge ・調理せずに食べられる食べ物を用意しておく(パンや缶詰、生野菜など) Buy some food that you can eat without cooking (bread, canned food, vegetables that you can eat raw) ・ろうそくや電池で使えるランプなどを用意する Prepare some candles or a lamp that you can use a dry cell 2.雨風に備えて For rain and wind ・風で飛びそうなものが家の外にあるなら、玄関や部屋に入れておくか、絶対に飛ばないようにカバーをつけたりロープで固定したりする (バルコニーにあっても飛んで人の迷惑になる可能性があります) Put things outside into your genkan (inside the entrance) or in your room if they are light and may easily get swept by wind You can also put a cover on them or fix them with a rope or something (things in your balcony may be swept too and hit someone or someone's belongings) ・窓ガラスの外側に当たるものがあればよけておく Do not put things near outside your window to avoid their hitting the window ・出来るだけ出かけない(物が飛んで当たってけがをしたり、傘の意味がないほど雨がふって、ひどく濡れたりするかも) Try to stay at home (You may get hit by something or get soaked even if you use an umbrella)
